Qualifications:

    Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management.
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
  • Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence.
  • Perform data entry and scan documents.
  • Manage calendar for Managing Director.
  • Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries.
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Managing Director.
  • Manage and Monitor Facebook page, has a background and good experience in photos and logos design and deal with all programs related to this subject.
  • Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree required.
  • 2+ years of hands on administrative support experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook a must.
  • Very good English skills – written and verbal.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Good research skills and attention to detail.

  • Draft and review kinds of Contracts.
  • Structure, draft and review reports and other legal documents
  • Establish all kinds of Companies and review the articles of association.
  • Attend, Draft and Review Minutes of Meetings of Board of Directors, Ordinary and Extra Ordinary General Assembly of joint stock and Limited Partnership companies.
  • Negotiate deals and attend company meetings.
  • Dealing with Governmental authorities ( GAFI, Goeic, etc… ).
